honde achieved great success in france guitarist. garnered well-deserved reputation guitar virtuoso when playing in french hard rock band café bertrand in 2004-2010. in 2006 café bertrand chosen opening band deep purple european leg of rapture of deep tour included 36 dates across europe in october , november 2006 , 12 dates in france in march 2007. café bertrand played @ giant stadiums such stade de france, audience capacity in excess of 80,000. in 2009 café bertrand support band 2 ac/dc shows in france during black ice world tour: on 9 june 2009 @ stade vélodrome in marseille , on 12 june 2009 @ stade de france in paris. in july 2009 café bertrand played @ montreux jazz festival. honde left café bertrand in 2010.

in 2010, after leaving band café bertrand, steph honde toured paul di anno (the original vocalist of iron maiden) , stars across france. later in 2014, di anno made guest appearance on album big trouble hollywood monsters on bonus track fuck . di anno chose song himself number of songs suggested him steph honde.

in 2012 steph honde emigrated california, u.s. , started working on own project, band hollywood monsters features legendary guest musicians. steph honde created project in 2013 , songwriter of project, including band s debut album big trouble. band members are: steph honde (vocals, guitars), don airey (keyboards) (deep purple, played in whitesnake, gary moore, ozzy osbourne, michael schenker group , others), vinny appice (drums) (previously played in dio, black sabbath, heaven & hell, kill devil hill , others), tim bogert (bass) (previously played in vanilla fudge, cactus, , beck, bogert & appice).
