on august 2, 2012, new event called crossover ddr started. in event, players can unlock 2ndmix-exclusive songs use in x3 mode. players need play charts of songs in 2ndmix mode unlock them in x3 mode. 2ndmix mode feature basic, difficult, , expert charts single (or basic , difficult in double), beginner chart automatically unlocked once player unlock @ least 1 of main difficulties, while double expert single , double challenge charts (which songs have) unlocked once player unlocks other charts.
