alexeev born on 9 march 1985 in yartsevo, smolensk oblast, russia. father musician , mother chemist. parents divorced in 1994. when 8 or 9 years old, alexeev first began write poetry, , @ age of ten became interested in music. in winter of 1995–96 enrolled in music school, studying classical guitar. in 1997 moved mother city of belgorod, twice won regional competition classical guitar: 1st place in 1998 , 2nd in 2000. when alexeev 13 formed own rock band. idols nirvana , prodigy. in 2001 alexeev graduated music school , in 2002 graduated high school gold medal . summer, musician went russian state humanities university, , therefore had leave band , move moscow.

formation (2003–2006)

settled in rshu dormitory, ivan started solo career. in 2003, organized alternative rock band protivo gunz , composed of non-resident students. in dormitory period perfected mastery of hip-hop freestyle, , composed of demos noize mc. tracks became popular among young people, internet.

from 2003 2005 noize mc participated in various freestyle battles, , other clubs , network hip-hop competition. regularly won prizes in battles, , group protivo gunz toured moscow , performed in clubs, bars, , outdoor areas.

in march 2005, noize mc won against famous rapper young mc, in final freestyle battle @ festival of street culture snickers guru clan. noize mc invited organizers become judge , presenter @ large street festival, called snicckers urbania

in may of year, ivan alexeev moved out of dormitory rented room on street old arbat. band protivo gunz regularly appeared in impromptu street concerts. concerts interrupted police.

in summer of 2005 , 2006, noize mc went snickers urbania on russia. money, studio recorded songs released in various rap compilations. in summer 2006, noize mc signed respect productions solo artist, continued sing band protivo gunz . on 9 september 2006 rock band won russian competition urban sound .

rise in popularity (2007–2008)

as grand prize winning urban sound , protivo gunz filmed in low-budget video pesnya dlya radioefira (an old song solo repertoire of ivan alekseyev), shown on tv channel muz-tv . @ insistence of label, artist specified noize mc in final output. in november 2006, track appeared on radio station dfm . in march 2007, muz-tv showed retakes making of music video. estonian music video directed hindrek maasik.

13 april 2007 contract signed between noize mc , respect productions, , russian subsidiary of universal music group. music journalists regarded signing of contract significant event not artist, russian hip-hop well. event not easy overestimate, said analyst portal rap.ru. have seen underground artist become artist international label name. there plan release noize mc debut album jointly respect production , universal music russia, several months later previous label artist handed on rights universal music group.

at same time, noize mc won largest russian internet competition – 7th official hip-hop battles portal hip-hop.ru , took place october 2006 april 2007. participated in battles on 3,000 russian rappers around world. video of 1 battle za zakrytoj dver u went public in september 2007. director again hindrek maasik. in autumn, noize mc s work broadcast on radio stations , music channels, taking 10th place of 100 best songs mtv-2007.

in summer of 2007, ivan alexeev starred in leading role in project production center pavel lungin – movie rozygrysh , remake of 1976 popular picture of vladimir menshov. ivan played igor glushko, senior in high school , young musician, moved moscow tyumen region after death of parents. noize mc composed soundtrack film. premiere took place on 22 may 2008. music video song moyo more filmed based on movie, , being shown on channel a-one .
