the tennessee wing performs 3 missions of civil air patrol: providing emergency services; offering cadet programs youth; , providing aerospace education both cap members , general public.


emergency services

the civil air patrol provides emergency services, includes performing search , rescue , disaster relief missions; assisting in humanitarian aid assignments. cap provides air force support through conducting light transport, communications support, , low-altitude route surveys. civil air patrol can offer support counter-drug missions.


cadet programs

the civil air patrol offers cadet program youth aged 12 21, includes aerospace education, leadership training, physical fitness , moral leadership.


aerospace education

the civil air patrol offers aerospace education cap members , general public, including providing training members of cap, , offering workshops youth throughout nation through schools , public aviation events.
