the sarlak trilogy

the first 3 books in dream fighter chronicle series deal sarlak, evil leader trying take on galaxy. in latest effort, has taken control of gorgons, race of 7 ft tall warriors. dream fighters must train fight sarlak , gorgons, while trying free gorgons sarlak s grasp. need many different sources , learn best way victory through joining , trusting each other.


book one: discovery!

released 10/2009 5 cousins thought spending day @ grandmother s house. instead, fall asleep, wake in dream world. don t realize @ first, not until strange things start happen. haley leaps through air catch something. braden able move game controller mind. , jillian uses power, , thinks of favorite doll , uncle johnny @ same time. makes both of them appear @ same time, sort of. now, guide through dream world uncle johnny, trapped in baby-wets-a-lot, children find amusing. discover powers , must fight off gorgon invasion. first book introduces characters , offers many funny moments uncle johnny discovers baby-wets-a-lot s talents are. children practice powers , face gorgon invasion together, learning lot teamwork , own inner abilities. story ends them going dream fighter academy, continue training , become real dream fighters.


book two: sarlak s revenge

released 1/2011 dream fighters, after fighting off gorgon attack, have been training @ academy 6 months. have bettered powers , understand more dream world. new characters introduced. taught long-lost cousin, danny, 1 of head teachers @ academy. learn new game, speedball, helps them practice powers , learn battle strategy. sarlak not rest, , must prepare predicted final battle against gorgons.


the book starts off each dream fighter (except one) having vision of future see cousins fighting huge battle, can nothing help. leader of academy, kal, thinks caused fear , must controlled. jillian has deeper vision: loss of uncle johnny in battle. kids must best control fear prepare s in store.


book 2 involves betrayal, fighters realize 1 of own has joined sarlak, , identity of sarlak himself revealed. academy attacked , several key characters lost or must retreat away battle. sarlak exacts revenge, , things not dream fighters.


book 3: united stand

braden, jillian, , gabby forced retreat safe area train , learn new powers can return defeat gorgons. danny locked in 1 on 1 battle cannot win sarlak. uncle johnny out of commission, no longer able help. new friends come forward , face past returns save day, in end, dream fighters must figure out how free gorgons , defeat sarlak once , all.
