the new south wales office in london 1 of several overseas offices established represent various states interests in london. london office established after appointment of first agent-general on 1 may 1787. after 1932, agent-general s office abolished , replaced new south wales government offices, london. agent-general s office re-established in 1937.
in september 1992, position of nsw agent-general in london abolished fahey government. replaced nsw government trade , investment office, london, had no diplomatic function, focussed on promotion of investment , trade in uk , europe.
